Mark started his first window cleaning round in 1996 with a wooden ladder, an old Escort van, and a strong work ethic inherited from his father. He’s since gone on to build Alfresco Exterior Cleaning into Oxfordshire’s best-rated exterior cleaning company, delivering professional services to homes, schools, heritage sites, science parks and even landmarks like the BT Tower in London.
Over the years, he’s weathered recessions, rebuilt vans, trained countless staff, introduced systems, scaled operations, and won national awards for marketing. More importantly, he’s helped create a business that works with his life, not against it.
Mark’s known for his straight-talking approach, dry sense of humour, and an obsession with doing things properly. He doesn’t peddle hype or cookie-cutter solutions he offers real, proven advice grounded in hard-won experience.
